Recycling of packaging waste on 2. Spring-run in Sarajevo

Sarajevo, April 22, 2018 - The second spring race organized by NGO Marathon was held. About 600 participants of the race started at Children's Square, after which they were running a circular stroll through Marijin Dvor, and then the length of the tram route through the City Hall to Titova street where was the goal.

This positive sports story is socially responsible character, because Ekopak enabled participants and visitors to dispose packaging waste from refreshing drinks and snacks. Considering the high attendance and interest of visitors in this race, the importance of environmental protection and the importance of recycling packaging waste has been promoted. Upon completion of the race, all collected packaging waste was transported to the process of further processing and recycling.
