The activities were held in the protected natural area of Bijambare, in cooperation with the Cantonal Public Institution for Protected Natural Areas of Canton Sarajevo. Through time spent in nature, children had the opportunity to learn about the connection between the environment and health, as well as the importance of protecting air, water, and soil.

As part of the programme, Ekopak contributed through the participation of its mascot Zekopak, who, through educational and entertaining content and a practical exercise in separating packaging waste, taught children about selective waste disposal, helping them develop basic habits of responsible environmental behaviour.

Such activities confirm how important it is to develop awareness of packaging waste recycling from an early age, as these habits contribute in the long term to environmental protection and the health of the community.
