On the occasion of International Recycling Day, Ekopak and CETAP organized an educational and interactive workshop for students of Vladislav Skarić Primary School in Sarajevo.

During the workshop, students learned about the importance of recycling, proper disposal of packaging waste, and its journey to recycling through engaging activities.

Through educational games, they had the opportunity to test their knowledge, participate in a quiz, and compete in the fast and accurate sorting of packaging waste. The most successful participants were awarded symbolic prizes, while all students received certificates of successful participation, as well as educational brochures.

Through activities like these, Ekopak continues to raise awareness among young people about the importance of proper packaging waste separation and recycling.

This activity was implemented with the support of the CETAP project partner, which focuses on building a sustainable future in Bosnia and Herzegovina by improving waste recycling systems and promoting a circular economy. The project lays the foundation for a regenerative economic model that reduces waste and dependence on imports, while contributing to environmental protection and the development of local communities.
