Sarajevo, 16 August 2026 – As part of the "Recycle Me. Give Me a New Life." project, implemented by the Sarajevo Film Festival and Coca-Cola in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with Ekopak as a long-standing partner, containers for the separate collection of plastic packaging, beverage cans, and mixed waste have been installed at festival venues.

For many years, the "Recycle Me. Give Me a New Life." project has been an important part of the activities aimed at the development of the separate packaging waste collection system during the Sarajevo Film Festival. This year once again, festival visitors are able to dispose of their packaging waste in designated containers, helping to ensure that it is directed to recycling.

Ekopak has been a partner of this project since its very beginning and, in cooperation with KJKP RAD, is once again ensuring that separately collected packaging waste is sorted and directed to recycling.

Ekopak encourages all Sarajevo Film Festival visitors to use the designated containers and bins for the separate collection of packaging waste and, through their own actions, help ensure that increasing quantities of packaging receive a new life through the recycling process.
