Representatives of Ekopak took the opportunity to present their role as the first authorized operator of the packaging waste management system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They engaged with numerous visitors to explain their work in more detail, inform them about the legal obligations of businesses regarding packaging, and emphasize the importance of proper sorting and recycling of packaging waste. Promotional and educational materials were distributed to help communicate the importance of recycling as a key factor in environmental protection in a simple and accessible way.

A special highlight was Zekopak, Ekopak’s mascot, who interacted with the youngest visitors of the fair. Children happily received educational picture books that teach them about packaging waste recycling in a fun and engaging way—part of Ekopak’s ongoing mission to build an environmentally responsible society through early education.

Ekopak’s participation in the fair once again demonstrated our commitment to raising public awareness about the importance of recycling and building a sustainable packaging waste management system in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
