Ekopak continues with its mission of infrastructure development for the most efficient recycling system in FBiH. An agreement was signed today on the co-financing of the vehicles procurement for collection of packaging waste and implementation of promotional and educational activities in the Municipality of Ključ.

Ekopak has successfully cooperated with the Municipality of Ključ and PUK Rad since 2014, when it co-financed the purchase of vehicles and the installation of 15 eco-islands for sorting packaging waste. Given that this municipality achieves good results in the collection of packaging waste, there was a need to improve this cooperation, which resulted in the signing of a new contract.

The contract was signed by the Mayor of Ključ municipality Nedžad Zukanović, the director of PUK Rad Ključ Muamer Egrlić and managing director of Ekopak Amela Hrbat.

"The municipality of Ključ has been an important partner of Ekopak for years and achieves very good results. Therefore, we gladly responded to their invitation to co-finance the purchase of a vehicle for collecting packaging waste and we are sure that this vehicle will improve their potential in collecting even more tons of packaging waste", said Amela Hrbat, managing director of Ekopak.
