The presentation of Contest "Young Eco Reporters" held in Travnik

Travnik, 01.02.2017. - In the Mixed Secondary Technical School in Travnik was held fourth promotional workshop of new Program "Young Eco Reporters" in Bosnia and Herzegovina, after workshops which are held in Sarajevo, Mostar and Tuzla. 25 Youngs and their teachers from different high schools of Central Bosnia and Zenica-Doboj Canton, participated in this workshop. The Program "Young Eco Reporters" is coordinated by Munja Incubator together with it's info platform Hocu.ba, and supported by Ekopak.

The Program "Young Eco reporters" engages young persons from 15-21 years old, who explore questions and problems of environmental protection, and send report through written, photo or video record, when it is possible, with proposing solutions. The Program develops skills and knowledge of participants. It gives them a deeper understanding of sustainable development and environmental protection, strengthen their communication and civic skills, personal initiative, teamwork, critical analysis, social responsibility and leadership skills.
