Packaging companies that meet their responsibilities via Ekopak and that use the Green Dot mark on the packaging of their products, sending a clear message to comply with legal obligations and to directly fund the establishment and development of long-term, transparent, sustainable and efficient Green Dot System in our country. Final consumers are able to actively participate in the primary selection of packaging waste in the municipalities of Bihać, Gračanica, Orašje, Donji Vakuf, Kladanj, Ključ, Olovo, Breza, Vitez, Novi Travnik, Vogošća and Posušje and number of municipalities in which the system is successfully established and develops, increases daily.

According to the Ordinance on packaging and packaging waste management, specific objectives came into force this year. Ekopak had a big challenge - in terms of lack of municipal infrastructure and capacity for separate collection of packaging waste in our country, provided the collection of all kinds of packaging materials: plastic, paper, metal, glass, wood, multilayer packaging, packaging containing and / or the contaminated with hazardous substances  and returned the given percentage of packaging waste to the process of utilization and recycling.

Thanks to our network of collectors from all over the Federation of B&H, activities on the filed were implemented on schedule as planned.

Ekopak is currently working on finalizing the annual report to be sent to the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism and Environmental Protection Fund of FB&H.

In the gallery are posted photos from the aforementioned municipalities and cities where you can see the process of collecting packaging waste to meet the objectives.
