Young Activists from Eco-Association from the Kladanj Municipality Visited Ekopak Anent Educational Project “Planet’s Smile is in Your Hands” Initiation in the Municipality
After signing the contract on establishing and development of the postconsumer packaging waste collection system in the Kladanj Municipality, Ekopak, in cooperation with the Municipality and Komunalac, is initiating educational project for all primary and secondary school student “Planet’s Smile is in Your Hands”.
In order for the project to be implemented, the young activists from the eco-association from their municipality visited Ekopak and got introduced to the project through the educational presentation on teaching children about the importance of separate packaging waste disposal and recycling.
With the main objective to offer an opportunity for the youngest citizens of Kladanj to participate in the workshops and acquire new knowledge, Ekopak employees and Ekotim activists, partners at the project in the Sarajevo Canton, exchanged their experience with the colleagues from Kladanj and presented the most adequate approach to working on the interactive workshops with children and youth.
The activists from Kladanj also attended a workshop held in Economics High School in Sarajevo.
